Note: Students who would like to borrow an individual electronic device may do so, providing a device is available. However, they must first return all overdue library books and pay any outstanding library fines. Electronic devices are barcoded. As with library books, individual electronic devices are checked in and out on a student's library account.

What library staff do - lending
- Safely store the devices
- Lend the devices according to online calendar bookings and keep records
- Oversee and support the comings and goings of carts; a list with the day's bookings will be on each cart
- Co-solve problems (within reason) as they arise and adjust lending procedures in communication with teachers
- Troubleshoot device errors, if possible, or create a heat ticket for IT Technician to resolve the next day
What classroom teaching staff do - borrowing
- Book yourself into the online calendar; make changes as they arise for you
- Pick up the devices from the Learning Commons, or receive them directly from the previous teacher
- Inventory the devices when you adopt them
- Communicate with next teacher about delivery to them (if applicable)
- Pack up all devices before the bell (P1, 2, 3 don't attach the charging cables if you don't have time); take inventory
- Deliver the cart to the pre-arranged teacher or to the Library Learning Commons
- Avoid the need for devices in a lesson plan, when a supply teacher is used
